Arthur was born in West Philadelphia where he was raised with 3 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters. His mother , Celestine Marks and father Arthur Marks were pastors of their own church were they raised their kids on the foundings and teachings of Jesus Christ. Arthur graduated from the Philadelphia School District and then later on became a Youth Pastor at his fathers Church. He eventually branched off and formed his own church , Christ Community Baptist. Arthur leaves behind 3 children. Arthur 3rd , Amir and Anthony.
