Williams Anna M. Williams, age 93, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016. She was born on December 10, 1922 in Volga, Kentucky to the late Rexford and Bertha (Blanton) Trimble. Anna retired in 1984 as the Director of Personnel at Rickenbacker Air Force Base. She has been a member of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church since 1960. Anna loved creating unique crafts, baked goods, quilts and crocheted blankets, as well as a beautiful garden that the entire neighborhood enjoyed. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her beloved husband O.D. "Denny" Williams, great-grandson Eliseo Williams, two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her sons, John Williams and Lynn (Allyson) Williams; grandchildren, Elaine (Tim) Roesner, Erin (Matt) Anderson, Carly Williams, and Todd Williams; great-grandchildren, Emily and Sam Anderson and Jameson, Sadie, and Crosby Roesner; five nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends and neighbors. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, December 1 at Wesley Ridge Retirement Community-Kimes Chapel. An additional memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 2 at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, 1636 Graham Rd. Anna will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Methodist ElderCare Services, 2229 Taylor Park Dr., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
