Angela FloresFeb. 27, 1937 - Mar. 26, 2017SalinasAngela Flores, 80, longtime resident of Salinas valley, passed away on March 26, 2017 in Salinas. She was born on February 27, 1937 in Texas. Angie was a parishioner of Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church where she served as Eucharistic Minister. She was also involved with the Guadalupana Society. She was a member of San Pablo de Colores Pastoral Center in Watsonville where she worked with the Youth & Adults for over 35 years. In the past She was very active with the Hospice Foundation. Angie was "Nana" to all. Angela is survived by her husband, Gonzalo Flores, daughter, Diana Marc, sons, David and Richard Flores, sister, Mary Rivera, brother, Johnny Gutierrez, twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousin and other loving family. She is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Flores.Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 1-3pm at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd Salinas, CA  93905.Rosary Vigil will then take place on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 4pm at Our Lady of Rufuge Catholic Church 11140 Preston St. Castroville, CA 95012.Visitation will then resume from 6-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm at Healey Mortuary.Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 10am at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church.Burial to follow services at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery 18200 Damian Way Salinas, CA  93907.Arrangments are entrusted to Healey Mortuary & Crematory/www.healeymortuary.com
