Mrs. Andrea Mann-Rouse was born January 10, 1972, in Decatur, Georgia to William Grant and Ruthie Mae Grant. Both parents preceded her in death.She leaves behind Her husband Derrick Rouse, and children Kierra Rouse, Keon Rouse, Cynthia Duncan, Darrien Duncan, and Jamar Duncan.

Evlyn was educated in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Andrea later relocated to Savannah to start a career as a home care and wet nurse where she cared for people from 1 day old too 100 years old and loved every minute. Among her favorite past-times were knitting and reading. Ms.Mann-Rouse transitioned from this life on Feb 6, 2018, in her hometown surrounded by family and loved ones.
