Alice I. (Clements) Fleming 1933 - 2016Alice I. (Clements) Fleming, 83, of Springfield, formerly of New Berlin, died at 12:35 a.m. on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Lewis Memorial Christian Village.Alice was born on May 11, 1935, the daughter of Harry A. and Morlen Clements. She married Thomas "Dean" Fleming. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2007. Alice graduated from Girard High School. She worked for Franklin Life Insurance for 30 years as a bookkeeper. Alice was a member of Berlin Christian Church, and loved to golf, bowl, garden, and dance with her late husband, Dean.Alice was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harry and Carl Clements; sisters, Patty Sheppard, Belinda McGee, Janice Solomon, and Debbie Estes; and step-mother, Teenie Casson Clements.She is survived by her siblings, Thomas (Nancy) Clements of Berlin, Delano (Fran) Clements of Clayton, MO, Connie (Jim) Wood of Taylorville, and Kathy Clements of New Berlin; and many nieces and nephews.Cremation was accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies.Memorial Gathering and Memorial Ceremony: Family will receive friends from10:00 a.m. until the time of the ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at McCullough-Delaney & Butler Funeral Home, 714 East Gibson Street, New Berlin, with Rev.
