Our beloved, Alford Culver, 48, of Sparta, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 06, 2018. Alford was born to Eddie Goodman, deceased and Maggie Culver, of Sparta, GA on September 25, 1970, in Sparta, Georgia. Alford was the grandson of the late Emma C. Walker,(Big Ma), deceased.

While living in Sparta, Alford graduated from Hancock Central High.  During his years of living in Sparta, Alford loved helping and serving others. Alford was a man that stood up for what was right and stayed humble to those in need. He enjoyed cutting grass with his uncle, he enjoyed fishing, hanging with family and friends, and upon his adult years, Alford started to discover what life was about "FAMILY." A man of morals and humility, Alford will always be known as a great father, a loving husband, a big brother, a wonderful nephew, and a dependable MAN. 

In the year of 2000, he married Tabitha Culver of Milledgeville, Ga, and they resided in Baldwin County with each other until his day of departure. Alford worked at Rheem Manufacturing/ Central State Hospital where he met Tabitha. They dated for 10 years and in the year of 2015, they joined each other as husband and wife. As a husband, Alford provided for his family and maintained the order of Gods divine purpose of being the head of his household. Within their marriage, there was love and unconditional love. 

Alford is survived by 3 children: Chrisshawne Hall,(28) (April), Sandersville, Ga, Tykeria Lamar.,(15), Milledgeville, GA, and Antonio Donaldson.,(12) Milledgeville, Ga. He also is survived by 3 grandchildren: Ty'Kionna, Ty'Mira, Chrisshawne Jr.  He also survived 6 aunts, Clara Lewis, (Willie, deceased), Ivery Culver, Sherleen Cook, Evelyn Grant, Ruby Ruffin, Catherine Goodman, 3 uncles Carl Goodman, Johnnie Lee Culver, (MaryAllen), Fred Culver (deceased). 5 sisters, Diane Johnson (Jeff), Betty Giles, Hope Evans, Yolonda Heath (Rico), and  Jessica Evans. 5 sisters-in-law, Wandy Williams, Barbara Hittman, Rosemary Brown (Milton), Deborah Williams, Vicki Baldwin (Woody). 3 brothers-in-law, Jonh Donaldson, Alphonzo Donaldson (Amanda), Markeith Donaldson (Shondra). A host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
