Adelaide Kaye Rose slept peacefully to join her ancestral family on Thursday, February 27, 2014. Kaye was born on November 24, 1964 at the Fort Yuma Indian Hospital in Winterhaven, CA. Kaye attended and graduated from the American Indian Bible College in Phoenix, AZ. She was a member of the Quechan Indian Tribe and was employed with the Quechan Indian Tribe as Receptionist for WIA and DOL Programs. She was a fun, loving, outgoing, loved to tease, and play pranks on her family and friends. We will miss her laughter.Kaye was preceded in death by her father, Marlow Rose; grandparents, Pete Rose, Sr. and Isabel (Williams) Rose; sisters, Genale and Lenora Rose; brothers, Durman Cesina, Lanuel Rose, Antonio Phillips, Sr., and Christopher Cesina, Sr. She is survived by her mother, Eleanor (Keyoite) Coyote of Somerton, AZ; daughters, Fawnna Rose of Yuma, AZ amd Zeralina Rose of Ogden Utah; son, Jonathan Rose of Maricopa, AZ; 6 grandchildren; sisters, her twin Jane Rose of Yuma, AZ, Yolanda (Ernie) Encina of Sullivan City, Texas, and Trudy Rose of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Pete Rose II of Winterhaven, CA, Dominic Rose of San Diego, CA, Terrance Rose Sr. of Los Angeles, CA., Herman Cesina of San Bernadino, CA; aunts, Isla Dunzwiler of Winterhaven, CA, June (Ray) Stillings and Faye (Will) Ortega of Somerton, AZ; uncles, Milton Jefferson, Preston Jefferson, Vernon Smith, all of Winterhaven, CA., Gordon Coyote Jr. and Harold Coyote of Somerton AZ, and many cousins, nephews and nieces who will miss her dearly.Viewing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Yuma Mortuary, 551 W 16th Street. Funeral services to follow with Rev.
