We mourn the passing of Orris Wesley, "WES" Johnston, who was born on November 12, 1970, and passed away on October 1, 2023, in Westport, Washington, United States. He was the beloved son of Robert Orris Johnston and Judy Lynn Smith. He is survived by his loving son, Travis DeBaun, and daughter-in-law Chelsea DeBaun & his friends Elizabeth Elder, Debbie Leon, Kelly Sebring & Jerry Williamson

Orris was a dedicated Commercial Shrimp Fisherman who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. His passion for the sea was evident in everything he did, and he leaves behind a legacy of hard work and dedication.

Unfortunately, Orris's life was cut short by a bleeding stroke that caused his previously unknown brain aneurysm to burst. His sudden passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Wes. You will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
